Where Pathways is focused on employment and opportunity, Compass is focused on the person, specifically in those moments when someone feels lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. The tagline "You are worthy of support" sets the tone immediately: this isn't a clinical referral portal, it's a, dignity-first navigation tool.
